Resolve
Configuration changes are disabled by default. Turn on Allow configuration changes in Settings when you are ready, and every change still waits for your approval.

- The app shows the exact commands and before-and-after view. You approve them. It then captures a rollback point, applies the change, and checks the result. Rollback is offered where the vendor recovery method supports it.
- Every change stays paused until you approve its exact commands
- Export and print maps, plus the network report and the as-built documentation package. During the trial they carry the “Made with AI NetShell” watermark; a paid plan removes it. The report cover keeps the AI NetShell logo. White label coming soon.

Requests go straight to your provider. Your provider bills you, and it uses no AI credits. Investigate and up.

The 7-day trial
Only the monthly Resolve offer includes the trial. It unlocks Resolve for 7 days with 300 AI credits. A card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial starts. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge; otherwise it converts to Resolve monthly at $59 per month. One trial per customer.
AI credits, plainly
Every AI investigation with Included AI uses credits, whether you pay as you go or subscribe. Monthly allowances are Investigate 500 credits, Resolve 1,500, and Resolve 6K 6,000. Premium-model runs spend credits at a higher rate. Monthly credits expire after each monthly allowance cycle. Prepaid packs are 600 credits for $15, 1,750 for $40, or 4,000 for $85. Pack credits never expire, and monthly credits are always spent before packs.
If you stop paying
Canceling keeps paid features through the paid-through period. The account then moves to Free or pay as you go. Monthly credits expire, while surviving pack credits never expire and keep funding read-only AI investigations. You lose access to subscription features, but saved investigations, maps, and reports are not deleted.

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is added at checkout. Every purchase is for one person and tied to one account. The free terminal needs no account, but an account is required to buy and use prepaid packs or subscriptions.
