AI NetShell Refund Policy

Purchases are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
The short version
Try before you buy. After that, purchases are final. The monthly Resolve plan offers a 7-day free trial with included credits; you are not charged until the trial ends, we remind you before the first charge, and canceling during the trial costs nothing. Because you can fully try the service before paying, purchases are final once made, except where the law of your country provides otherwise.
Subscriptions
- The trial is the risk-free period. 7 days, real credits included, card charged only when the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. We send a reminder before the first charge.
- Charges are final. Subscription charges, including the first charge after a trial, are not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, conformity, or remedy right that the mandatory law of your jurisdiction gives you and does not permit us to waive.
- Canceling is always easy. Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then simply stops renewing. No partial-period refunds.
Credit packs
- Pack purchases are final and not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Purchased pack credits never expire.
- If we discontinue the service, we will refund the purchase price of unused pack credits, using the credit value reflected in the applicable purchase.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, and other billing errors are always corrected. That is not a refund request, just us fixing a mistake. Contact us with your order number.
Where the law says otherwise
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live. Where such a law requires a refund, it will be honored; refunds we owe are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and if Lemon Squeezy does not process a refund we legally owe you, we will make you whole directly. We may grant a discretionary exception case by case, but no discretionary exception is promised or owed and one exception does not require us to grant another.
How to ask
Submit a request through the support channel listed in your AI NetShell account portal, application, or purchase receipt, using the address on your account or receipt and including your order number. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The fine print
- A refund that is issued (billing error or legally required) removes the credits or entitlement the charge granted; if those credits were already spent, the corresponding balance may go negative until topped up. Any adjustment is limited to the entitlement or credit grant tied to the refunded charge and does not remove anonymous free-tier rights.
